Jak można wyczytać na Reddit, Rocket będzie miał wgląd w wyniki ankiety, które będą mogły rzutować na plany developerów co do następnych 12 miesięcy (należy przypomnieć, że DayZGame ma być rozwijane na zasadzie regularnych update'ów przynajmniej przez rok od premiery). W ankiecie można wybrać 5 opcji, głosując na tę samą funkcję kilka razy lub wybierając 5 różnych.

Osobiście zagłosowałem na 3:
- Możliwość odpalenia elektrowni, dzięki ogromnemu wysiłkowi drużyny i dobremu zgraniu
- Hodowanie brody survivalowca (z dnia na dzień dłuższa ;))
- Więcej budynków z możliwością wyłamywania drzwi i otwierania zamków

Ja zagłosowałem na:
- Możliwość śledzenia graczy - Świetny pomysł wg. mnie, wprowadza możliwość wprowadzenia pseudo-skilli typu własnie tracking, który zwiększałby szanse na znalezienie śladów gracza, bądź sneaking który zmniejszałby ilość śladów zostawianych. Ewentualnie, jeżeliby odejść od samego pomysłu skilli to zależność podłoża od rodzaju poruszania się postaci (przykładowo biegnąc bądź czołgając się w piasku lub błocie zostawimy najwięcej śladów itp.). Wtedy też logiczne by były rodzaje butów, które też są w ankiecie ^^
- Możliwość wejścia do wszystkich budynków - Raczej nie ma za dużo co tłumaczyć, wiadomo o co chodzi.
- Zrzuty zaopatrzenia - Niekoniecznie typowe "zrzuty" ale przykładowo rozbijające się samoloty bądź statki i inne tego typu "eventy".
- Wieże radiowe - Byłby to świetny sposób, żeby się dowiedzieć o własnie takich eventach. Przykładowo zdobywasz taką wieże radiową dzięki czemu możesz się dowiedzieć szybciej, niż inni gracze.
- Możliwość ogłuszenia przeciwnika (gracza) - Bo nie zawsze trzeba kogoś zabić ^^

Też świetna opcje. Szczególnie skille w stylu tropienie - liczyłem na tego typu umiejętności w WarZ, ale silnik DayZGame będzie lepiej przystosowany do ich wprowadzenia :)

Akurat wieże radiowe wydają mi się mało przydatne - chyba, że chcemy się przylansić innym graczom i wysłać im jakiś trollowy komunikat. A kontrolowanie wieży radiowej i otrzymywanie informacji z serwera o położeniu zaopatrzenia? Hm.. Mogłoby być ciekawie.

If we remove all those people who voted for the same item, you can see that position 4 and 5 have changed. Czyli w skrócie - większość z tych rzeczy jest w tej chwili rozwijana albo znajduje się na szczycie listy priorytetów. Summary

Z tej dyskusji jasno wynika, że gracze pragną bardziej wymagających zombie, o prawdziwie agresywnym, mrożącym krew w żyłach AI i zachowaniu, które sprawi że każdy zastanowi się 2 razy przed wystrzałem z broni palnej. DayZMod po paru dniach gry przestawał być 'straszny' dla graczy, a podczas starć PvP co więksi wyjadacze potrafili umiejętnie unikać zombie, wręcz olewać (jeśli się odpowiednio poruszałeś nie były w stanie wyrządzić Ci krzywdy).

Po komentarzach widać, że większość chce krwiożerczych zombie, które sprawią że nie będziesz chciał wychylać nosa z domu ;)

First off I would like to say that I am having a blast with this game. Never in my life has a video game make me feel the way DayZ does. I swear I am going to have a heart attack eventually (and i am only 32). I have to give Rocket a huge thumbs up, and I can't wait for the SA

The only thing in this game that doesn't feel right is the zombies in general. I am not talking about the latest patch either. When I think of a zombie I do not think of the "Zombieland" style of running zombies. I think of the "Dawn of the dead" style walking and moaning zombie. I love the psychological aspect of the threat as well as the physical. The type of zombies that are very slow due the the decomposition of the body, have a relentless unending hunger, and are only seen in massive hoards. I believe most of you know exactly what I mean. I would love to have a DayZ mod that would make the zombies nearly invincible. Make it so the only thing that could kill one is to put multiple rounds through the zombies brain. Shooting the body would make it slightly slower, and shooting the legs make it unable to stand so now it will just drag its self toward you. It would be fantastic to have them super hard just also super slow and easy to outrun. Also have some wandering zombies in the forests. That way you could never be completely safe from them. This is the kind of zombie apocalypse I am looking for.

Is this possible? I have never seen what it takes to mod a game so I was just crossing my fingers and throwing the thought out there.

Agreed, the zombies need a complete overhaul from the ground up at engine level. They then need six months to a year's worth of improving and tweaking. Then they might be alright.
